amCharts is a JavaScript charting library known for polished animation and a very broad chart and map range, all included in one library. It can be used free of charge with an attribution link rendered on the chart; removing that requires a commercial licence purchased per developer. As with any library, data loading, hosting and responsive behaviour are your responsibility.
